Accessing TIMF
Learn how to access TIMF from any device and get started.
TIMF is a cloud-based platform – no installation required! Access your workspace from any device with a web browser.
Quick Access
Web Browser (Primary)
TIMF works best in modern web browsers:

Simply visit your portal URL:
- Consultant Portal: app.lerniflow.com
- Client Portal: Your consultant will provide your custom URL
Mobile Access
Access TIMF on smartphones and tablets through your mobile browser:

System Requirements
TIMF requires minimal system resources since it runs in your browser:
Minimum Requirements
- Internet Connection: Broadband (3 Mbps+)
- Browser: Any modern browser from the last 2 years
- RAM: 4GB (8GB recommended)
- Display: 1280x720 resolution minimum
Optimal Experience
- Internet Connection: High-speed broadband (10+ Mbps)
- Browser: Latest Chrome or Edge
- RAM: 8GB or more
- Display: 1920x1080 or higher
First-Time Setup
Step 1: Bookmark Your Portal
Save your TIMF portal URL for easy access:
- Navigate to your portal URL
- Click the star icon (⭐) in your browser
- Save it to your bookmarks bar for one-click access
Step 2: Enable Notifications (Optional)
Stay updated with browser notifications:
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Click Enable Browser Notifications
- Allow notifications when your browser prompts you
Step 3: Add to Home Screen (Mobile)
For quick mobile access:
iOS (Safari):
- Tap the Share button
- Scroll and tap Add to Home Screen
- Name it "TIMF" and tap Add
Android (Chrome):
- Tap the menu (⋮) in the top-right
- Tap Add to Home Screen
- Name it "TIMF" and tap Add

- 1Password – Securely store your TIMF credentials

Productivity Tools
- Grammarly – Check spelling in form submissions
- Loom – Record screen videos for workflow documentation
Note: TIMF works perfectly without any extensions.
Offline Access
TIMF requires an internet connection to function. However, you can:
- View cached pages – Recently viewed pages may load offline
- Draft form responses – Use your browser's notes app to draft responses, then submit when online
- Download reports – Save PDF reports locally for offline viewing
Multiple Accounts
If you have both consultant and client accounts:
Browser Profiles (Recommended)
Create separate browser profiles to stay logged into multiple accounts:
Chrome:
- Click your profile icon in the top-right
- Click Add to create a new profile
- Name it "TIMF Consultant" or "TIMF Client"
- Sign in to each account in its respective profile
Alternative: Use different browsers (Chrome for consultant, Firefox for client)
Private/Incognito Mode
Use private browsing to access a second account temporarily without logging out of your primary account.
Troubleshooting Access Issues
"This site can't be reached"
- Check your internet connection
- Verify the portal URL – Make sure you're using the correct link
- Try a different browser – Rule out browser-specific issues
- Clear browser cache – Sometimes cached data causes problems
Page won't load or loads slowly
- Refresh the page – Press
Ctrl+R(Windows) orCmd+R(Mac) - Check your internet speed – Run a speed test at fast.com
- Close unnecessary tabs – Free up browser memory
- Disable browser extensions temporarily – Some extensions can slow down pages
Can't log in
- Verify your credentials – Double-check email and password
- Reset your password – Use the "Forgot Password" link
- Clear cookies – Sign out completely and clear browser cookies

TIMF uses industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) to protect your data:

https:// - ⚠️ Never enter credentials on a site without HTTPS
Browser Security Tips
- Keep your browser updated – Enable automatic updates
- Use a secure network – Avoid public Wi-Fi for sensitive work
- Log out when finished – Especially on shared computers
- Enable two-factor authentication – Add extra security to your account
